The tool was created for the analysis of state and business statistics.
PRO tool allows you to save, compare, extract and analyze statistical data.

Research

First of all, we needed to collect and structure the date in order to understand where we go from here and what to do.

 

It was decided to collect information from the following sources:

  1. Interviews with stakeholders;

  2. Interviews with current users;

  3. Conduct a survey of all users and the selection of interested groups;

  4. Definition and analysis of similar products.

Research has helped us understand the problems that the user faces when working with the current version of the product:

​

  1. Navigating the tree is not very convenient;

  2. It is not convenient to compare 2 or more indicators;

  3. Users often use only a few indicators in their work and spend time each time searching for the same indicators.

Analysis

The next step we made a few brainstorms, where we identified possible solutions:

​

  1. Simplify the navigation and add bread crumbs;

  2. Transform the interface so that the interface divides the user screen into 2 parts, on the left is navigation and on the right is the workspace with the indicator and allows you to select several indicators for their analysis;

  3. Added a “favorites” section where the user could add not only statistics but also selected parts of statistical trees.

After coordinating the prototypes, we started to create the design and release tools.

After the release, we used the following tools to determine the vector of development and the elimination of current problems:

  1. Usability Testing, etc.;

  2. Adding pain points to the user's map for further work with these problems;

  3. Funnel analysis;

  4. First click tests;

  5. Creating a design system.

Prototyping

After negotiating the wireframes, we went directly to prototyping.

The prototypes were tested on the target group of users, as well as on the stakeholders.

The next step is to analyze the test results and make corrections.

Desktop design

The design of the PRO data is made in a minimalist style.

The tool consists of two parts: the left side contains the navigation, the right navigation results. This solution allowed to place all the necessary information conveniently and readable.

At the moment, the product is used in closed testing within the company and has already received a huge amount of positive feedback. Tools such as comparing indicators, converting indicators into groups and adding to the wounded at the moment are unique in the global market for similar tools.

At the moment, he has already received positive feedback from the ministries of Germany

and Canada.
